Came a harmful shaft that hodr should hurl
A test of champions and gods alike
To throw the weapons which couldn’t harm

It was loki, treacherous and vile
Who gave the blind his dreaded spear
It was hodr, who aimed at the God
Baldr struck by the misstletoe
